Directive Announces JoomConnect Anywhere

ONEONTA, NY - November 15, 2011:  JoomConnect; the popular web-marketing and service automation platform used by IT/MSP companies to integrate their websites into their ConnectWise PSA is now available for websites that are not built on the Joomla content management system.  The SaaS application is called JoomConnect Anywhere, and can be used to provide ConnectWise API functionality into websites using other content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal, custom developed sites, or standard HTML sites.

Now MSPs can utilize JoomConnect features with WordPress, Drupal, and any other website.

JoomConnect Anywhere is a platform for automating and integrating service and marketing functions from websites as well as social media into ConnectWise.

JoomConnect Anywhere enables the creation of forms that push data into the ConnectWise PSA.  Forms can be placed on any site with a simple script.  Service tickets, sales opportunities, scheduled activities, tracks and marketing groups can be created upon the submission of each form, with different processes getting kicked off in ConnectWise.

JoomConnect Anywhere also acts as a central hub for marketing and service activities such as Facebook Business Pages and forms, Google Analytics or as a Content Aggregation system for Blogs, Newsletters and works with JoomConnect's MailChimp integration for ConnectWise.
