While the exact amount may vary, there’s one thing that is always true: Generating and converting leads to sales takes time and effort. Much to the chagrin of sales managers and businesses owners, the majority of leads are not properly followed up on, if they’re followed up on at all. Approximately 20% of all leads are abandoned after the second follow-up attempt. Converting a lead into a sale requires nurturing - and nurturing takes time. But, there are ways that you can improve your follow up procedure without bogging down your sales team with additional work.
For the 7th consecutive year, our team will be heading to The Sunshine State for IT Nation, one of the most important channel events for ConnectWise users. 2012 has been a remarkable year for JoomConnect. We have grown exponentially as a company and we plan on making 2013 even bigger. We've been lucky to have the support and praise of industry partners, our hardworking, dedicated team, and our wonderful clients. Without all three of these elements, JoomConnect wouldn't be the best integration for MSPs.
We are happy to report that our GEO Protection plan is progressing on schedule. We're now expanding GEO Protection to cover our MSP Blog service and our monthly newsletter services by implementing a second content stream.
Earlier this year, we implemented the first stages. Our GEO Protection program was designed to ensure that all of our clients who are located in similar geographical service areas will have different content. We've been doing this already with our website design services for over half a year, ensuring that we don't roll out a website with a similar design for an MSP when we already have a partner in that area.
We ran into a little problem. As it turns out, so many MSPs are taking advantage of our marketing solutions we often get sales requests by our clients' competition. I suppose this isn't a bad problem to have! We are implementing a solution right now to combat this and prevent locally competing MSPs from marketing with the same content. We call it GEO Protection.
ONEONTA, NY - November 15, 2011: JoomConnect; the popular web-marketing and service automation platform used by IT/MSP companies to integrate their websites into their ConnectWise PSA is now available for websites that are not built on the Joomla content management system. The SaaS application is called JoomConnect Anywhere, and can be used to provide ConnectWise API functionality into websites using other content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal, custom developed sites, or standard HTML sites.
In the computer business, the days are hectic, it's easy to miss an email or not check your voicemail for too long, or even forget to enter your time for the day. To prevent this we created what we call "Tech Dailies". With ConnectWise you can setup service templates that can kick off tickets on a regular basis. So what we did is create a service template for each staff member with a set of tasks to complete every day. It's pretty simple to setup and really enforces following up and not letting tasks fall through the cracks.
We are adding a feature to manage the code and URLS needed to track opens and clicks with the ConnectWise Marketing API for the email blasts that get sent through the ConnectWise marketing manager.
I'm really starting to get excited (yes even more excited) about JoomConnect 1.1. Over the next few weeks while in beta we are going to leak some of the new features. Hopefully you will be as excited as we are. Keep reading to learn how we are sharing how to do this for free.
