A Facebook Like Campaign is a Facebook-based advertising campaign designed for MSPs. The campaign provides ads that run on Facebook to encourage people to “Like” your Page. When someone “Likes” your Page, they are showing interest in the services you provide as a solution to their technology issues.

The goal of a Facebook Like Campaign is to increase engagement by targeting people who might be interested in your brand. The posts you share on Facebook, coordinated with your ads, are designed to develop your online persona, and attract an audience. When used in conjunction with our other MSP marketing solutions such as Social Media as a Service, Blogs, and Content Marketing, the Facebook Like Campaign can help drive traffic to your site, increasing your authority and opportunities for conversions.

Setting Your Target Audience

We can work with you to set a Custom Audience. With this type of audience, you choose your target based on demographics, behaviors and/or contact information. Our preferred “getting started” method to help you get in touch with people you already know is to upload your customer emails to Facebook, then target those customers specifically with your ads. This enables you to continue to foster relationships and drive sales.

There is also the option to create a Lookalike Audience. Lookalike Audiences help you find people on Facebook who are similar to your customers or contacts, allowing you to better reach people who might be interested in your MSP. We recommend having at least 100 ‘Likes’ on your page if you want to use a Lookalike Audience.

Setting Your Ad Budget

In order to let us run your Facebook Like Campaign, you need to set a budget that you are willing to spend on your ads. The size of your budget determines how many people your ad is able to reach. We recommend a $20 daily budget for 10 days.
