    Why the access is needed: In your ConnectWise there are several updates made. These updates are documented in What is setup in ConnectWise with JoomConnect guide. We also need it for testing.
  • For the login you provide, please be sure it has permission to access to the Setup Tables and to the Marketing Campaign module. We only need this login during the setup and testing phase of the project.
  • Section B: API Keys

    The JoomConnect integration to ConnectWise requires the setup of API Keys. This is available for ConnectWise 2016.6 and higher. If you are on an older version, please consider upgrading.
