How to give us access to your Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile
Google Analytics:
- Log in to https://analytics.google.com with your Google account
- Once logged into your Analytics dashboard at https://analytics.google.com, you’ll see a section at the top of the screen that says All Accounts. Click on that and make sure you have selected the Account and Property that has this data (Once you click on a property, the dashboard will refresh and show you data like active users and average session duration, if it’s giving you data then you are likely in an active property.)
- Click the Gear Icon on the bottom left of the page. Hovering over the Gear will reveal the word Admin.
- You should now be in the Admin area of Google Analytics. Click on Account access management.
- *This brings up the Account permissions area. If you are the account owner, you should see a + icon. Click the + icon and then click Add Users.
- Enter the email address of the user you want to add. To add us, use the email .
- Select Notify new users by email to send a message to the user.
- Select Administrator for the permissions.
- Click Add to save and finish.
Important: This Google Account should be carefully managed and secure. You’ll want to thoroughly document and ensure you maintain access to it, as it will be tied to a lot of things that are important for your business.
*If you get stuck at Step 5, it means your account is NOT the account owner or administrator, and you’ll need to log in with that account or contact the owner of that account. If you do not know who owns the account, we recommend contacting previous web designers or marketing people who may have created the account in the past. Otherwise, you’ll need to start from scratch and follow the instructions below:

- Towards the top left, there is a property box that allows you to select your website (in case you have multiple properties). Ensure that your website is selected and it is the current property that has data in it.

- Click Add User and add the email . Set the Permissions to Full.
- Click Add to save.
