API Key Setup in Autotask For JoomConnect

The following instructions are provided to set up the needed API User for the integration of JoomConnect with your Autotask.

1. Setup API User

Go into Autotask and go to Admin > Account Settings & User

Hover over the New button > select New API User

Fill out the required fields.

NOTE:  After you generate the Username and Password, copy down the output so it can be added to the setup sheet for JoomConnect.
