JoomConnect is a Platform
This is officially my first blog post, I mean ever. Directive currently manages about 25 Social Media Accounts for clients on a weekly proactive basis. So we've helped a bunch of clients write blogs and we've integrated them to their Social Media circles and refrigerators, but I never wrote one for my own company. If you consider Facebook and Twitter and social media in general mini blogging, as I do, then I guess I've mini blogged.
Being the first post I feel a little pressure. I feel like I must say something amazing. Since I'm not personally much of a writer, I figured it's best to talk about something amazing. So I'm going to share what has gone on today as I think it's pretty exciting. I don't mean that JoomConnect finally launched after a year of development either. Instead I'm talking about what's to come.
We are deep into development of what we're calling "Quick Request". We just had an awesome meeting reviewing it and I really think it's the meat and potatoes of the value that JoomConnect will wield.
The JoomConnect Platform processes the registration of a prospect on your site and automatically inputs it into ConnectWise as a Website Prospect and that's great. But, then what?
Here's the list of the "what"
1. Lead Entered
2. Apply the proper marketing groups
3. Create an Opportunity
4. Create an Activity
5. Apply the proper tracks
- Welcome to the website track
- Literature track
- Sales Rep track
That's a basic but time consuming process.
"Quick Request" automates this entire process. I think this is Amazing...
This is why we consider JoomConnect a Platform. Now that it's in place, there is no end to what we can do with it, what you can do with it, it's going to be amazing.
Bonus: For you fellow Joomla! heads out there who care about this, we'll be releasing a patch soon that makes sh404sef work, sh404SEF is a search engine power house for friendly URLS for Joomla!.
More to come :)
