With JoomConnect, you'll be giving your clients plenty venues to submit support tickets.  With JoomConnect's API Ticket Integrator, logged in users will be able to submit a ticket tied to their account.  We also offer the JoomConnect Email Ticket Module, which will let your clients submit tickets without logging in; they simply need to supply their email address.  This works with your ConnectWise™ email connectors; if ConnectWise™ doesn't recognize the email, it will still catch the request.
